Several-time winner of Twitter’s White Boy of the Month, Paul Mescal, is selling his clothes on Vinted. That’s right. You can shop Mescal’s closet on popular secondhand fashion site Vinted. Vinted is particularly popular in Europe, as well as for higher end designer items that people are always on the hunt for.
Paul Mescal has made a name for himself as something of a style icon. Mostly for his high inseam running shorts, but that’s neither here nor there. Since his rapid rise to fame from Normal People to his big break into cinema with Aftersun, Mescal has really been embraced by the style community. Most recently, people have remarked on his foray into tight-fitted cropped cardigans. Not that it matters, but they’re not so different than the cut worn by girlfriend Gracie Abrams.
Mescal’s picks for Vinted are very neutral and beautiful basics. You could get them for a boyfriend, but I would see no reason why you wouldn’t just keep them for yourself. The black and white striped sweater from Extreme Cashmere is up for sale, as is the baby blue and orange cardigan from Hades Wool. He’s also got a really stunning pair of Jimmy Choos on there that look hardly worn.
This is not the first partnership of its kind. Gabbriette, among many others, has a similar partnership with Depop. Many influencers have a similar gig with TheRealReal. Personally I am a fan of shopping things celebs got for free and wore once!
