Taylor Swift has entered the building. The singer arrived at Super Bowl LIX on Sunday, February 9, dressed to kill. And she showed her support for boyfriend Travis Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, in the same red “T” chain she wore at the 2025 Grammy Awards the week before.
Instead of around her leg, like she wore at the Grammys, Swift donned the Lorraine Schwartz chain as a necklace for the Super Bowl. Swift’s main outfit consisted of a white blazer with a similar-colored tank top and matching thigh-high boots. As an accessory, Swift carried a small ruby bag to represent both of the Chiefs’ trademark colors: red and white.

As for the meaning behind Swift’s look, the outfit could be a nod to her 11th and most recent album, The Tortured Poets Department, which has white as its signature color. Swift also wore white boots and a blazer coat during some Tortured Poets Department sections of her recent Eras Tour, which Kelce made a cameo on stage at in London in June 2024. The Tortured Poets Department also has two songs speculated to be about Kelce: “The Alchemy” and “So High School,” which Swift performed The Eras Tour.
While Swift’s outfit could be an Easter egg another deluxe version of The Tortured Poets Department—much like how Swift released the Til Dawn version of her 10th album Midnights five months after its original release—her all-white look most (and “T” necklace) likely is just a nod to Kelce both on and off the stage.
When it comes to being Kelce’s high fashion cheerleader (from a suite and not the field), Swift tends to favor one of the team’s colors: red. At the AFC Championship on January 26—where the Chiefs dominated the Buffalo Bills—Swift paired her signature crimson lip with a $5,000 Louis Vuitton zip-up jacket, red tights, Louis Vuitton ankle boots, and a Louis Vuitton beanie. When her man and his team faced off the Houston Texans a week before, she paired her go-to ruby pout with head-to-toe Chanel. She landed on a tweed coat, which retails for $9,600, over a little black dress. If you ask me, her best Chiefs look is from the December 21 game. That day, she wore a red knee-length Charlotte Simone coat that featured a chic fuzzy trim. She paired this with a vintage Chanel bucket hat and pointed-toe black boots.
Swift’s Sunday appearance in New Orleans marks her second Super Bowl as Kelce’s girlfriend. At the 2024 event, the Grammy winner and her A-list clique, which included Blake Lively and Ice Spice, were festive and animated as they supported Kelce. For the big game, Swift wore a black Dion Lee crochet corset and crystal-slit jeans from Area. She layered up with a Wear by Erin Andrews bomber jacket and accessorized with a tennis necklace and a pendant that featured Kelce’s number 87.

Swift and Kelce have been going strong since summer 2023. Their romance sparked when Kelce attended Swift’s Eras Tour concert in Kansas City. He intended on giving the star a friendship bracelet, but wasn’t able to talk to her. They were later put in touch by a close friend and began seeing each other in private. Their relationship didn’t stay lowkey for long after Swift attended her first Chiefs game in September of that year. Swift opened up about the milestone moment, telling Time, “So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to know each other. I think some people think that they saw our first gate at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”
