Tyla was at the Jacquemus Menswear Fall Winter 2025/2026 show at Paris Fashion Week yesterday, and she wore a jaw-dropping look. The South Africa native certainly makes you sweat, makes you hotter because she’s one of the most fashion-forward new artists breaking out.
The dress she wore was a black draped high-neck gown that was cut deep through the sides, exposing the entire expanse from her shoulders all the way down to her lower hips. The gown includes a black thong that buttons to the front of the dress, keeping the precarious-seeming drape actually quite secure. Tyla styled her look pretty plainly, which adds a lot of harmony to the look and makes her skin really shine. She wore a very simple and natural glam for her makeup, and kept her hair in a curly up-do. She paired the look with simple black and white shell earrings to frame her face.
Gone are the days of the Who Wore It Better columns. Tyla’s black dress could be seen again on a different model later that day, the second time, Adriana Lima who walked down the runway in the same long slice moment. Tyla may be a new face to the Fashion Week front row, but she certainly has cultivated the kind of image that grants her that level of access, and she is wielding that power.

Obviously it’s no new idea that skin and silhouette are very much in right now, and Tyla has been a poster child for that. She wore a stunning and unforgettable sculptural gown made of sand by Balmain and Olivier Rousteing for the Met Gala last year. She wore a gorgeous hot pink gown by designer Salih Balta to the Victoria Secret Fashion Show comeback last fall that showed off her abs and upper body.
