Stans are really wild when it comes to tattoos. They are more perceptive to their fave celebs’ new ink than a parent would be. Zendaya has until now been tattoo-free (as far as we know, obviously), so it seems her first tattoo reveal comes at the same time as a ring reveal.
Zendaya showed up to the 2025 Golden Globes in a stunning bronze custom Louis Vuitton gown, but the dress was low key overshadowed by the little things. Zendaya also showed up with a giant diamond on her left ring finger, causing immediate speculation from fans about an engagement from Spiderman co-star and long-term boyfriend Tom Holland. TMZ confirmed the news about engagement this morning.
But the teeniest, tiniest detail of all: right at the neckline of her dress was a little “T” tattoo that’s barely visible, and I had to zoom in. We can’t know for sure, but it seems perhaps her first tattoo is dedicated to her new fiance, Tom Holland. Of course, nothing gets past Twitter. I’ll go ahead and guess that it wasn’t planned, since it’s hidden from most angles and in most pictures, and it only shows when the dress moves in certain positions, so we have to assume that Zendaya wasn’t planning on showing off her new tattoo.
Tweets have also speculated that Tom might have a matching “Z” counterpart.
Both previous Spiderman on-screen couples, Toby McGuire and Kirsten Dunst and Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, have become real life couples, though Tom and Zendaya are the first to make it to wedding planning.
